The Surrey Food Bank's Hamper to Your Home Program is a home delivery service for clients who are incapable of picking up their food hampers at the food bank, due to physical or mental disability as well as short-term conditions such as illness or post-partum.

Hamper to Your Home Client Eligibilty

The following is a list of eligibility requirements for the Hamper to Your Home Program:

• The client must be registered and in good standing with the Surrey Food Bank (see registration/update requirements)
• The client must be incapable of coming to a depot location due to a physical or mental disability
• The client must provide a referral from a medical professional

Client Ineligibility

The following does not meet the eligibility requirements of the Hamper to Your Home delivery service:

• Lack of transportation
• Minimal disability

Hamper to Your Home Program works on a first come-first serve basis.
