For over 20 years, the food bank has made its home on City Parkway, but after all these years, we will be making it’s way to our new location at the end of this month. We will be releasing the address of our new location in about a week, so stay tuned for that information.⠀⠀⠀
This means that we will need to close the food bank down temporarily while we move everything to our new home.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
The last day for the public at our City Parkway location will be on Friday, June 19th, and we will be closed to the public for distribution from June 22nd until July 3rd.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
What does this mean for our clients?⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
All our clients will receive double hampers (on their specified distribution day) from June 8th till June 19th. We will be back to normal distribution on Monday, July 6th.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
We are asking that any donor, who wishes to donate food, can drop everything off at any grocery store in Surrey and North Delta. Donations can still be made online HERE.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
