Third Party Events
As we, the Surrey Food Bank, do not receive any core government funding, we rely on the community for third party events. Third Party Events are fundraising events that community groups e.g. school groups, faith-based groups, clubs, corporations or unions, organize to help raise food and/or funds.
Not sure what kind of third party event to hold with your group? Consider one of the following where guests can contribute food or money:
- Bowl-a-thon, Walk-a-thon, etc.
- Bake sale
- Car wash
- Charity silent auction
- Clothing swap
- Dinner or potluck party
- Game night
- Garage sale
- Lemonade stands
- Parties – birthday, Christmas, baby shower, etc.
In order to make your event successful, we ask that you give us as much notice as possible, so we are able to meet your needs.

Please download and fill out the online Third Party Registration Form, or visit this page to fill out a registration form online let us know how many boxes you need, and we will support you and your event as much as possible to help it be a success.
Please note: We are unable to accommodate drop-off or pick-ups of boxes if there are less than five. Boxes can be picked up at the food bank during office hours. We apologize for any inconvenience this might cause.
