At Surrey Food Bank, volunteers are the hands and hearts behind everything we do. Whether you’re sorting food, packing hampers, or welcoming neighbours at the door, your time makes a real difference. This is community in action, and there’s always room for one more.
Support our day-to-day operations inside the food bank. Food Bank Volunteers help sort and organize donations, stock shelves, assist with distribution, and welcome neighbours during service hours. This is an ongoing volunteer opportunity and requires a regular shift commitment.
You will be part of the team that keeps our shelves stocked and our distribution running smoothly.
Our Volunteer Events Team supports fundraising, awareness, and community engagement outside of the food bank. These volunteers help ensure a warm, organized, and professional presence at community festivals, corporate activations, and signature fundraising events.
